Tokyo contact :D (24th September)

Here’s my first message since I arrived in Japan two days ago ^^

This message will probably be quite long :D hehe

At first, when I arrived in Tokyo, I could see my guardian angel, Hiraki-san ^^ I was really amazed by the complexity of buying a train ticket in Japan ;p furthermore, ti is sooo expensive (Shinkansen 0 – TGV 1) but, well, the Shinkansen was really spacious (even if I placed my luggage against my kneel, I still had the space to sit comfortably ;) Shinkansen 1 – TGV 1).

I really enjoyed my short transit in Tokyo station: this station is so wonderful! Really well indicated!  Furthermore, for those who take often their train there, since every platform is dedicated to a certain destination, no huge entry hall is required for the passengers to wait for the information about their train ;p
However, in Tokyo station, I also came under a cultural choc (even worse than the cappuccino I drank in Narita’s Starbucks that made me think again the concept of coffee (I prefer the French version ;p)). It happened in the small hall that was used as a waiting lounge and terrace for the café “Chez la Gare” (yes, in French ;)). Until then, nothing was abnormal, although I was to remark I was almost the only foreign passer-by there. A couple was awaiting with their child. Then, as his father wanted to make him walk, he looked at me, and then the catastrophe happened … I scared him X)
Until then, I always had a good contact with children, even though I never knew why. But this time… T_T well, er I hope the contact will be better in the future !



Voilà mon premier message depuis que j’ai foulé la terre japonaise il y a de cela deux jours ^^

Tout d’abord, en arrivant à Tôkyô, j’ai pu voir mon ange gardien, Hiraki-san ^^ Vraiment, la complexité de l’achat d’un billet de train au Japon m’a surpris ;p et puis c’est cher (Shinkansen 0 – TGV 1) mais bon, le Shinkansen était spacieux (même si devant mes pieds il y avait ma valise, j’avais encore de la place pour mettre mes jambes ;) Shinkansen 1 – TGV 1).

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon court transit à la gare de Tôkyô : cette gare est formidable ! Vraiment très bien indiquée !  De plus, pour peu que l’on prenne souvent un train dans cette gare, puisque les quais sont différents selon la direction du train, il n’y a pas besoin d’un grand hall où l’on attend l’information sur notre quai ;p
Cependant, à la gare de Tôkyô, j’ai connu un grand choc culturel (pire que le cappuccino du Starbucks de Narita qui m’a fait redécouvrir la notion de ce café (je préfère la version française ;p)). Tout s’est passé dans le petit couloir servant de salle d’attente mais aussi de terrasse à un café nommé « Chez la Gare » (oui, oui en français ;)). Jusque-là rien d’anormal, bien que je ne puisse que remarquer que je suis depuis très longtemps le seul étranger ou presque à passer par ici. Un couple attendait patiemment avec un petit enfant. Son père le fit un peu marcher et puis l’enfant m’a regardé, et là ce fut le drame … je lui ai fait peux X)
D’habitude j’ai plutôt tendance à avoir un bon contact avec les enfants sans que je n’aie jamais pu expliquer pourquoi mais là tout de même ! T_T bon j’espère que le contact se passera mieux à l’avenir !
